QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The aim of our company's Quality and Environmental Policy is to consolidate this commitment by continuously improving our service and responsiveness to customer requirements, while controlling and minimising the environmental impact of our manufacturing, assembly, and marketing activities relating to double-glazing accessories.

Management informs all personnel working for or on behalf of the organisation of their obligation to comply with all instructions arising from this process, in order to achieve the highest possible quality standards and the greatest possible respect for the environment.

Ultimate responsibility lies with Senior Management, which ensures that the human, technical and financial resources necessary to achieve these objectives are provided.

Management has decided to adopt a Quality and Environmental Policy based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards, applicable across all areas of the company, with the following aims:

  • Meeting customers’ explicit and implicit needs and expectations regarding the products we manufacture and the services we provide.
  • Optimising the available means and resources to increase the company’s efficiency and effectiveness and improve its environmental performance.
  • Motivating and ensuring the satisfaction of personnel working for or on behalf of the organisation, fostering the development of their skills and knowledge, their personal growth, and their awareness of quality and environmental issues.
  • We are committed to complying with applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which the organisation subscribes, striving to achieve our environmental protection and continuous improvement objectives in relation to environmental performance and quality within our business activities.
  • We are committed to continuous improvement and to preventing pollution arising from our activities by closely monitoring those activities and/or infrastructures that pose the greatest environmental risks.
  • Taking identified environmental aspects into account in order to help minimise pollution and environmental degradation.
  • The final quality of the product and the service provided to the customer is the result of planned and systematic actions involving PREVENTION, DETECTION, CORRECTION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT throughout the entire process, with annual improvement objectives being set accordingly.
